Blessed be the end of the rope

Sunday August 21st, Matthew 5: 3 You're blessed when you're at the end of your rope. With less of you there is more of God and his rule. The temptation for humanity is to shine our own light, the trouble is, it is then hard to see God’s light. We can become so busy getting by that we forget about God. So busy living day to day we forget what life is all about. But then, there are those times when you find yourself at the end of your rope. If you haven’t wandered to far, perhaps, just perhaps you can then see off in the distance the light of Christ. That is when real life starts.
