It's Grace come Down

Saturday August 13th, John 14: 5Thomas said to him, "Lord, we don't know where you are going, so how can we know the way?" 6Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. So often we use this little phrase to point out that others are out of the kingdom. So often we use this little phrase to point to a God out there to whom we must ascend as we are busy pointing to those who obviously will not be doing any ascending. No one gets to the father except through Jesus. Jesus’ way is love. Jesus’ method is grace. Jesus’ movement is down to us where we are at. It’s the only way. Anything else is doomed to failure, and even then Jesus meets us where we fall. It’s grace come down.
