Harvest time

Saturday December 11th, Matthew 3: 11 "I baptize you with water for repentance. But after me will come one who is more powerful than I, whose sandals I am not fit to carry. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and with fire. 12 His winnowing fork is in his hand, and he will clear his threshing floor, gathering his wheat into the barn and burning up the chaff with unquenchable fire." What is the chaff in your life that needs to be burned off? What is the chaff in our society that needs to be burned off? Call the Holy Spirit into your life daily and clear away the chaff. While you are at it work at clearing away the chaff in the world by working for Justice. Become a child of God day after day and allow the Holy Spirit to work through you to bring Peace into the world through justice. I baptize you with water for repentance, new life begins today.
