Saturday October 24^th, Mark 10: Instead, whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant, ⁴⁴and whoever wants to be first must be slave of all. ⁴⁵For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many."  The trouble with Gold is that whoever seeks the golden parachute may find out it doesn’t open, and takes you down with it.  The Glory of God is that whoever opens themselves up to the grace of God finds it does open and takes you up to heaven with the wind of the spirit.  Gold or God, your choice.
