Saturday July 25th, Mark 6: 55 They ran throughout that whole region and carried the sick on mats to wherever they heard he was. 56 And wherever he went—into villages, towns or countryside—they placed the sick in the marketplaces. They begged him to let them touch even the edge of his cloak, and all who touched him were healed. What were they healed from? Deep things mainly, meaningful stuff; hatred, self obsession, greed, selfishness, separation, all those wall building things. The real power of God is tearing down the walls we build with our hearts, not our hands. In the process we find our hearts begin to heal, our lives begin to heal, our world begins to heal.
