Luke 18:1-8

Why does this happen to me

I tell my children what I want

and they don’t listen

last week I told them

keep their room clean

and now look

I told them once

once

To enter into a relationship

is more than once

is more than telling

more than holy brevity

it is the now

the then

the when

the ongoing chatter

rather than the occasional thought

Pray constantly Christ says

live in a relationship

not always holy

except it be blessed

by God
