The revelation is in the relationship

Thursday April 10^th, Luke 24:  17 He asked them, “What are you discussing so intently as you walk along?”  They stopped short, sadness written across their faces. 18 Then one of them, Cleopas, replied, “You must be the only person in Jerusalem who hasn’t heard about all the things that have happened there the last few days.” 19 “What things?” Jesus asked.  Talking about faith often gets in the way of practicing one’s faith.  Jesus is with us each and every day in our walks in this life.  Jesus is present in those places we want Jesus to be, and in those places we would just as soon he not show up.  Jesus is there, calling us, prodding us to move from conversation about, to conversation with, one another and in the process with the risen Lord.  Tell me, what is your faith story?  Where did Jesus meet you when you least expected it?  How can you be there for others in their time of need?  The revelation is in the relationship.
