Change happens

Saturday December 26^th, Luke 1: 54 He has helped his servant Israel, remembering to be merciful 55 to Abraham and his descendants forever, even as he said to our fathers." God's promise to Abraham was that he would be a father to a great nation and his descendants would be the instruments of God's presence in the world. God remained and remains faithful to that promise in ways Abe could have never imagined. And the promise still goes on. We carry the promise to bring peace to all the world and to all of God's children and creation. So far we have been able to demonstrate that we are good at war, profit and self interest, perhaps it is time for a change of course for us all.
